145# Thermal Insulation Mortar is a high-performance modified mortar with excellent thermal insulation performance, which can effectively reduce building energy consumption. It is fire-retardant, green and environmentally friendly, easy to construct, and can be applied to various walls to meet both thermal insulation and fire protection requirements, complying with energy conservation standards for public buildings.
Application scenarios: Suitable for internal/external insulation layer construction of exterior walls of residences and apartments, and can also be used for roof and ceiling insulation to reduce indoor and outdoor temperature difference transmission and improve living comfort.
Main component: Calcium carbonate ≥85%.
Main parameters: Water retention rate 99.8%; 14d tensile bond strength 0.76Mpa; 28d compressive strength 9.9Mpa; 28d shrinkage rate 0.13%; Freeze-thaw strength loss rate 13%, mass loss rate 2%; Radioactivity 0.1IRa, 0.3Ir; Thermal conductivity 0.0511W/(m·K).
