1. Substrate Requirements: The substrate surface must be cleaned thoroughly before construction, with no contaminants such as loose dust or oil stains.
2. Preparation Method: No preparation required, ready for direct use.
3. Application Method:
(1) Use a utility knife to widen the crack into a V-shape (to facilitate filling), remove dust and loose gypsum, wipe clean with a damp cloth and air dry;
(2) Optional step: Use fiberglass mesh cloth, with a length that extends at least 5cm beyond each end of the crack, and a width that extends at least 5cm beyond both sides of the crack, to ensure full coverage of the weak area;
(3) Use a scraper to apply S2 Waterproof Caulking Mortar evenly over the mesh cloth, ensure the mortar fully penetrates the gaps in the mesh, fills the crack, and extends 2-3cm beyond the edge of the mesh, with the surface slightly higher than the substrate (to reserve space for shrinkage);
(4) After it is fully dry (approximately 24 hours), check for shrinkage dents. If dents are present, repair them with S2 Waterproof Caulking Mortar. If there are protrusions, sand them smooth with sandpaper, then apply Baiyueguang to cover.
4. Coverage Rate: Depends on the length and depth of the caulking gap.
5. Drying Time: Approximately 24 hours. Subsequent construction processes can only be carried out after the material is fully dry.

7. Precautions: S2 Waterproof Caulking Mortar is suitable for joints between materials with different water absorption rates, and is not suitable for bonding applications where both sides of the joint are made of non-absorbent materials.
