KunDe 145# Marble Mineral Fireproof Impermeable Two-Component Waterproof Mortar is a high-performance modified mortar that is used after mixing with water. Its main component is inorganic matter, accounting for ≥99%. It features strong impermeability, high strength, resistance to hollowing, cracking resistance, and efflorescence prevention, and can effectively prevent water penetration.

Product Specifications

This product is packaged in buckets as a two-component set. Each set contains 15kg of Component A and 5kg of Component B, totaling 20kg per set.

Main Parameters

Store in a dry indoor place, away from moisture;

Before construction, ensure the base surface is clean, flat, free of oil stains and loose particles. Moist substrates are acceptable for construction, but substrates with standing water are not;

The wall base shall be solid without hollowing, and its flatness shall meet the specification requirements;

No pre-wetting of the wall is required before use; no curing is required after construction;

Pay attention to the water ratio (A:B:Water = 3:1:0.8). The water consumption is allowed to vary by 10-15% depending on the ambient temperature;

Mixing sequence for material preparation: First add water in proportion → Add Component B → Mix evenly → Add Component A → Mix evenly;

After mixing evenly, let the material stand (to allow full reaction): mix for 3 minutes → let stand for 2 minutes → mix again for 1 minute;

The second trowel coat can be applied after the first coat is fully dry for about 7 hours;

Use up the mixed material within 120 minutes after preparation; do not add water a second time during construction;

The recommended plastering thickness shall not exceed 15mm, with an optimal thickness of 5mm.
