Application Scenarios

Curing Accelerator (Component B of Permeable Mortar) is mainly used for dusty substrates, including slightly chalked substrates, concrete walls, and floor slabs. It cures the substrate to lay a solid foundation for subsequent construction work.

This product can also be used for mid-coat interface treatment before artistic effect shaping of the Gold Stone Series or Luxury Leather Series, reducing the water absorption rate of the mid-coat layer and extending the artistic shaping time of the finish coat.

The following are the construction steps and relevant parameters for Curing Accelerator (Component B of Permeable Mortar):

1. Substrate Preparation: The substrate surface must be thoroughly cleaned before construction, with no contaminants such as loose dust or oil stains.
2. Mixing Ratio: Mix Component B of Permeable Mortar with water at a ratio of 1:0.5~1, and stir thoroughly before use.
3. Application Method: It can be applied by brush or roller, or sprayed using a paint spraying machine.
4. Application Dosage: The spraying dosage is 0.05~0.08kg/m², the rolling dosage is 0.1~0.12kg/m²; each 1kg bottle covers approximately 12-20m².
5. Open Time: The material should be used immediately after mixing. The mixed mortar must be stored sealed in a cool place, with an open time of no more than 48 hours to avoid performance degradation that impairs use quality.
6. Cured Film Color: The coating is transparent after application.
7. Drying Time: Surface dry in approximately 2-4 hours, through dry in 24 hours.
