The material shall be stored in a dry indoor environment, away from moisture.

Before construction, ensure the base surface is clean, flat, free of oil stains and loose particles; the wall base shall be solid without hollowing, with flatness meeting specification requirements.

The water mixing ratio is A:B:Water = 3:1:0.9, and the water consumption is allowed to vary by 10%~15% according to different ambient temperatures.

Mixing sequence for material preparation: Add water in proportion first → Add Component B → Stir evenly → Add Component A → Stir evenly.

After even stirring, the material needs to be left to stand for full reaction: Stir for 3 minutes → Let stand for 2 minutes → Stir for another 1 minute.

Use up the material within 90 minutes after preparation, and do not add water a second time during construction.

Construction tools: Trowel, scraper, plastic float and other shaping tools; different tools are used for different textures.

For the first trowel coat, the drying time is about 7 hours under normal temperature environment.

For the second trowel coat, the troweling thickness is about 1mm, and texture shaping construction shall be carried out immediately after troweling.

Control the shaping time. Between the first and second coats, a curing accelerator (optional) can be used to extend the shaping time.

When the construction area is 5m² or above, carry out texture shaping construction under suitable dryness and humidity conditions, and two-person cooperation is recommended: one person creates a rough texture with a plastic float, and the other follows to press and smooth the surface with a plastic float.

Note: The control of dryness and humidity will vary under different temperature and humidity conditions. Familiarize yourself with the material properties in advance during construction to correctly grasp the shaping time.

Consumption Reference: About 1~1.4kg/m² per trowel coat, about 1.2~1.4kg/m² per shaping coat; one set of material (3.75kg Component A + 1.25kg Component B = 5kg) can cover about 1.8~2.2m² (troweling + shaping).
