Stain Resistance Enhancer (Component B of Stain-Resistant Mortar) is a milky white liquid intended for use in stain-resistant mortar systems.
Color: Milky white
Specification: 1/10/20kg (bottle/drum)
Stain Resistance Enhancer (Component B of Stain-Resistant Mortar) is primarily used as a topcoat protective layer for walls with textured artistic finish effects, and can enhance the stain resistance, abrasion resistance, and gloss properties of the decorative surface.
This product provides stain resistance and improves surface hardness.
The application process for Stain Resistance Enhancer (Component B of Stain-Resistant Mortar) is as follows:
Application Steps
Substrate Preparation: The substrate surface must be thoroughly cleaned before application to remove contaminants such as loose dust, oil stains, and other impurities.
Material Mixing: Mix Component B of the stain-resistant mortar with water at a ratio of 1:0.5~1, and stir thoroughly until uniform before use.
Application Method: The product can be applied via brush or roller coating, or via spray application using dedicated paint spray equipment.
Application Parameters
Spreading Rate: Spray application: 0.05~0.08kg/㎡, roller application: 0.1~0.12kg/㎡; each 1kg bottle covers approximately 12-20㎡.
Open Time: The material must be used immediately after mixing. Once prepared, the slurry must be stored sealed in a cool, shaded area; the maximum allowable open time is 48 hours, to avoid performance degradation that would compromise application quality.
Cured Film Color: The material forms a transparent film after application.
Precautions
After the material reaches surface dryness 2 hours post-application, subsequent application steps should be carried out as soon as possible to prevent dust from adhering to the material surface and negatively impacting application quality.
