Project challenge
The property owner hoped that the main wall of the living room could not only present a high-end ceramic texture, but also have a soft, skin-friendly touch, while solving the problems of traditional wall materials that are prone to hollowing, cracking, efflorescence and poor moisture resistance. Conventional art paint and latex paint are difficult to simultaneously meet the multiple requirements of "ceramic luster + leather touch + fire and seepage resistance", and are prone to luster attenuation and uneven texture after long-term use.
Applied solution
The construction is carried out using 145# marble mineral fire and seepage resistant two-component surface texture (skin feel) + 145# marble mineral fire and seepage resistant inorganic mineral mortar system.
The striped ceramic-like surface is restored through a manual scraping process, so that the wall has both the luster of porcelain and the thick and soft touch of leather, and forms an overall atmosphere with modern simple furniture, abstract paintings and ring chandeliers.

I have seen a lot of artistic textures before, either they are too hard, or they get dirty easily. This soft porcelain fabric texture product just combines the luster of porcelain and the softness of leather, and the color is also very stable. After moving in, I feel comfortable seeing it every day.
